Wendy Christenson, a member of BPW/St. Petersburg-Pinellas, is a multi-disciplinary Creative Director & Designer.
Working at the intersection of design and technology, she’s spent the past 20+ years at some of the world’s most awarded agencies, working with celebrated brands within a wide range of industries and markets, including manufacturing, industrial, health care, retail, foodservice, and engineering. A true hybrid, her most passionate work is vital in strategic insight and adaptive form—be that building a brand from the ground up, uncovering a strategic understanding that changes a product offering for the better, or defining a campaign that seamlessly breaks through in culture.
Originally from Minnesota and presently in Florida, Wendy is Creative Director at her company Baxter Christenson, Inc., a professional branding, advertising, and creative design agency. She focuses on creating new shaped work for OPEN, Covet Bakery, Health Care Providers, Realtors, and The Florida Candy Factory, to name a few. Previously, a Senior Designer at USF St. Petersburg and Associate Creative Director at Concept Group. She co-ran the creative department focusing on new products and brands that created impact for clients such as EATON, Gander Mountain, Cargill, and multiple 3M Brands, including Scotch-Blue Tape, ACE Bandages, and Health Care.
Wendy stays committed to her craft, along with enjoying her three children, grandson, and this beautiful Florida sunshine.
