Mallory Pinto is a long-time local of the Florida Keys. She graduated from Marathon High School in 2004 and from the University of South Florida in 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in Communication. For six years, she was an outside sales representative for an industrial manufacturing company, covering Florida and South Georgia. In that time, she grew sales in her territory from $2,000,000 to $6,000,000 annually. In 2013, Mallory returned home to Marathon to purchase a medical compression stocking company with her family, wholesaling their private label of US manufactured stockings to durable medical equipment stores both nationally and internationally.
In 2015 she joined BPW/Marathon and the board of directors for Grace Jones Community Center. In 2016, she also started managing 20 long-term rental properties in Marathon. In 2016, she obtained her real estate license and has been working in real estate since then, representing both buyers and sellers on residential and commercial transactions. In 2020 she joined the vacation rental management team at Keys Ocean Vacation Rentals, affiliated with her real estate office. In 2021 she added to her long-term rental portfolio by helping with long-term rentals at Ocean Sotheby’s International Realty.
Her involvement in many local organizations keeps her connected Keys-wide, through BPW/Marathon, Leadership Monroe County (Graduate Class XXVII). She was just invited to be a founding member of the Community Foundation of the Florida Keys Middle Keys Advisory Council. Mallory eloped in 2019, marrying Michael; they have 2 rescue dogs. She spends most of her free time reading, hosting book club, spending time with friends and family and enjoying weekends on the water.
