Member Spotlight: Erin Hamilton

My name is Erin Hamilton. I live in Islamorada, FL. I own EHS Marketing which is a full-service digital marketing agency that helps small businesses rank higher on Google and scale their clientele. I am also a Senior Cause Entrepreneur for ONEHOPE wine which is a Winery in Napa Valley that sells wine as a way to give back to charity. Until this summer, I was teaching Weight Training at Coral Shores High School. I also coach the Boys and Girls Weightlifting Teams.

In 2020, I was the recipient of the Upper Keys BPW Women’s Scholarship which awarded me the ability to earn my USA Weightlifting Level 1 and 2 Coach’s Certifications. In the 2021/2022 school year, both my teams were District Champions. The majority of the teams moved on to Regionals and 7 girls and 2 boys moved on to States. At States, we had one girl medal and several finished in the top 10. Both the boys finished in the top 10 and one won the State Championship in Snatch for his weight class.

I have a passion for helping others succeed! In 2013, I started the first CrossFit in the Upper Keys, CrossFit Key Largo. I enjoyed running the gym, meeting new people from all over the world and being part of so many amazing changes in our clients’ lives. We grew the business and eventually sold it in 2019. While I enjoyed working at the High School and making a difference in my student’s lives, I felt that I was missing some joy. Since I did all our digital marketing and website building for CrossFit and really enjoyed it, I decided to follow that passion to open a new business. I ended up taking additional training on the subject matter and feel my new calling is to help business owners succeed and scale! I look forward to the new successes and challenges I face with my next venture!

At this point, I’m sure you are all wondering about the wine gig. The company was founded in 2007 just as a way to give back to charity through wine. They chose to structure their business using home parties and corporate sales because they knew that they wouldn’t be able to tell their story with just a bottle on the shelf. To date, we have raised over $8.5 million to charities all over the world. $3 million have been to local nonprofits and they have helped build 3 schools worldwide: 2 in Guatemala and 1 in Loas. Our biggest investor is Robert Mondavi, Jr and our State-of-the-Art Winery is right next to Mondavi Wine, across from Cakebread Cellars and just down the street from Opus One. We have over 15 award winning wines in our collection and our wine is organic and vegan! We also have amazing patented shimmer bottles that can be custom etched for holiday gifts, birthday parties, corporate events or house closings. Another side of our corporate gifting is our customizable gift boxes and our engraved wood boxes.
