- Local Organizations (LOs) are the core of BPW.
- Local Organization meetings offer dynamic programs, guest speakers, and one-on-one networking opportunities.

WOMEN JOINING FORCES: CLOSING RANKS, OPENING DOORS
- Women Joining Forces – Closing Ranks, Opening Doors is a new BPW initiative designed to support women veterans.
- For the first time in BPW/USA’s 86-year history, we are pleased to extend the benefits of BPW membership to women exiting the military as our expression of support to this extraordinary group of workingwomen.
- As a leading advocacy organization for workingwomen, BPW/USA is proud to open our powerful network to women exiting the military to help facilitate their successful career transitions into the civilian workforce.
- With the assistance generous corporations and foundations, an introductory, one-year dues waiver will be provided to approximately 1,500 women exiting military service. Additionally, significantly discounted introductory, first-year dues will be offered to any veteran (not holding a BPW membership in the last 12 months) interested in BPW membership.
